"This food truck is one of the best you can find in the state. They incorporate lots of different cuisines and fuse it with comfort food staples in exciting ways, usually made with ingredients that they grew in their own garden. They have a few regular spots where you can find them, but you should definitely check their schedule on their website to be sure you’re heading to the right spot. I do recommend ordering in advance, otherwise you may be waiting 15-20 minutes since it’s all cooked fresh. The menu is frequently changing with several staples sticking around. A majority of the food would fall in the comfort food category, so you can expect a lot of fried foods, but that’s not all they have. One of my favorite items they have is the butternut squash soup, which is typically served in the fall and something I dream about all year. It all depends what’s in season. They have a weekly rotating selection of arancini, deep fried risotto balls with various fillings and garnishes. They also make their own incredible dipping sauces that go great with just about anything. My favorite seasonal items: butternut squash soup, fried green tomatoes, general tso brussel sprouts, zucchini fries, Nashville nuggets. My favorite regular/rotating items: Mexican street corn arancini/tater tots, Korean chicken sandwich, pork birria tacos, the Italian deli, chick mac, bang bang chicken/cauliflower.The folks who run the truck, Amber and Mike are incredibly friendly and always working so hard to provide excellent food. I’ve seen them stick around on rainy, gloomy days to make sure they fulfill their orders. They’re both very experienced in the industry and it definitely shows. It can get very busy at the truck and they always are so cool and collected. You don’t want to miss this truck if you can make it out because it’s easily some of the most consistent, creative, and delicious food served up with some love."
