"Today I went to KFC for lunch. I and soaked with oil as if it was refried. The shrimp was also soaked with oil along with the fries and the hush puppies just crumbled they were so hard! Called to speak to manager and told him about my expirence and hesuggested to bring the food back to get a refund because they will not do a refund over the phone. I advised him that Im alreadyat home and do not wish to come back because I have to work and was very upset because they had me wait for food that was notright! He said there is nothing else he could do then said mam you have a good day and hung up the phone! I will NEVER orderfrom this location again!"
