"I'm giving props to all workers except the driving rage, Kimberly. She had a really bad attitude about everything. Not only was she rude for all other employees in the store, she was rude for the customers in the drive-thru. She messed up our order and we had to get in. The kitchen workers were very polite and helpful. When I stood there, I listened and watched how negative Kimberly was. It's hard to work in a busy fast food restaurant, but everyone is fighting for the low staff. The other employees, especially the wife of the chicken, were friendly, even if Kimberly was worried and dismaying. It's hard to push through with a negative Nancy, but they did great! I didn't get the name of the lady before the chicken, but I know it started with an R. Thank you for your goodness! Be great"
