"I used to frequent this restaurant, but I now remember why I stopped coming. Firstly, the food here is no longer the same - the taste does not match the portion sizes. The management and customer service are both terrible and very unprofessional. I ordered a small order of shrimp and asked if they could fill the container. I was informed that if they were to add more shrimp, they would have to charge me for another container because it was not the norm. When I questioned why, as the container was not even full with just 2 pieces of shrimp, the manager told me that a small order only comes with 7 pieces. If anyone were to give me more, they would likely be fired, which is why they don't work there anymore. I found it interesting because I have always ordered the same dish from here, with a prior crew, without any issue. The menu and website do not mention anything about a 7 piece limit under the shrimp category - it only lists small, medium, and large sizes. Instead of providing good customer service and understanding my perspective, they chose to argue and dismiss my concerns."
