"Warning: Long Review...Wow...simply WOW! We randomly chose to enjoy a personal retreat from our him in NC and found High Hill Farm to spend a luxurious 3 nights. The allure of the pictures and mention of a fine restaurant hooked us, and what a fantastic choice we made!! What an inviting, warm, friendly and relaxing environment we have discovered! And dinner last night? Cote ' did not disappoint in ANY way. I enjoyed a fabulous fresh peach margarita and my husband enjoyed a perfectly made Manhattan. The lobster Mac Cheese is the best I 've ever had, the yummy salad was perfect and my special Beef Wellington with a side of greens and chipotle chili potatoes (that are crave-worthy) was all delicious. The Pinot noir that was paired with my meal was chosen by the chef and was the perfect accompaniment. My husband seconded my praise with his own stellar meal of perfectly cooked beef tenderloin served with broccolini and a never-had-before basil bread pudding that was melt in your mouth magically delicious. We were so full, yet did not want to miss the featured peach bread pudding so enjoyed as much as we could and took a doggy bag back to our High Hill home . The service provided by Kate was professional with excellent timing and thoughtfulness. We are thrilled that we have two more nights at High Hill Farm and can hardly wait to enjoy dinner at Cote ' again tonight and a dinner featuring Philley Peaches for each course our last night. As peach lovers, we feel so fortunate to have chosen an ideal time to visit. Don 't hesitate to try Cote '. If you want a special meal, this is the place to go to enjoy a culinary experience you won 't forget. Kudos to Chef John and High Hill owners Jason and Sharon!"
