"Unfortunately, our food was not put on its feet. I've eaten this place before and it was the best fast food I ever had. As in EVERY TIME I've ever gone there or just passed, the ride thru was lined all the way around the building and the lobby was full. There was a sign at the door that the lobby was closed at 19:00 and we came there at 6:45. There was a girl football team still order and food, along with the full ride thru, so we should have just gone, but our own circumstances made the decision for us. We ordered the latest thing on the menu, a kind of kitschiger Bacon-Burger with onion rings and a kitschigen roasted bungalow, and it was bad. It had no taste, it was cold and it was dry. It looked like it was cooked twice. The frits were fresh and hot and the service was pretty good, considering the circumstances. I still give them four stars because, as I said, I know they are usually better. Just don't blame me if you have the same problem. Perhaps the long lines are now for a different reason than their usually better than most fast food restaurants."
