"I guess single women don't have the reputation for tippping because I never get a good introduction when I eat her in Boca Raton, when I lived in Alabama the servers would come up and introduce themselves with a cheery voice and tell me a little know secret about the establishment. The bar tender did not have any other guest to wait on, but he didn't have time to come to the only high top in the bar and say greetings or hello or anything..I like to go out for breakfast on sundays but not in boca raton...the servers must not like old ladies...I usually tip at least ten bucks but on in this town...the servers do not care so he got four dollars today...the food I did not enjoy because the bartender could not even say hello to me could not even tell me the reason people dine there...nothing...I got nothing... so some old ladies tip really good servers in boca raton....it must be rare because when you see me sitting at your section you lose all sense of customer service...and I just get a statue with a pen and paper stand before me ...and I better know what I want"

"THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT PIZZA TIME!! I ordered four stuffed peppers! At $15 per pepper, you would expect them to be delicious!! The way this idiot packaged the peppers, he individually put them in plastic containers so all the mozzarella cheese was stuck on the top of each plastic container, but after tasting the peppers, there was no beef, just rice and loaded with garlic! They were the worst peppers I've ever had! I called and asked for a refund, and the arrogant owner would not refund me, which would be the smart thing to do! This place is so overpriced and overrated! Obviously, won't be going back! It's important to remember that customer satisfaction should be the restaurant's ultimate goal."

"This is my second time going there and so far the food experiences have been good. The mushroom pizza and the margarita pizza are very good. The Sicilian bread with ham and cheese and the risotto were delicious. I had the lemon ice mule both times I went there and my friend told me that the espresso drink is also very good. The Aperol spritz had a strong flavor."

"We’ve dined here several times before and have never had any complaints. We like the restaurant food and vibe so much, that we just recently decided to book our engagement party with them. I honestly cannot say enough about how hard the staff worked, and how sweet they were with handling all of our requests. They truly made the experience the best it could be for us and our guests! They helped us pick out a menu, accommodated for our vegetarian guests and dietary allergies, and they even set up the floral decor for us! Of course the food is also special. Not a single item was a miss from the dim sum platter, sushi rolls and sashimi, green curry, shrimp pad Thai, and beef fried rice. Tofu green curry (we opted for this vegetarian friendly entree) was a shocking favorite! And the dessert cupcakes were light and amazing. The only thing to worry about is that the private room can be a bit cramped, and we were able to fit 25 snugly with the buffet spread. They had a section of the patio available for some extra space as well, but definitely check with the staff for optimal space when planning an event with them so you don’t run into any issue! Couldn’t recommend this Lemongrass restaurant enough, everyone loved it and they made our day exceptional!"

"Our server, Reuben, was outstanding. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, attentive. Lunch was a birthday celebration and he provided a delicious dessert plate to share. Our main courses were good, but not special. The chicken salad with the mandarin jello mold was the best. The fennel and endive salad with grapefruit was fair. There were 3 small sections of grapefruit. The fennel was wilted and soft. Endive was good. The chicken Caesar salad was ok. The popovers were wonderful!!"

"Waterfront seating was nice, seaweed salad and edamame were good, sushi and noodles were very average and wouldn’t order again, but the real reason for the low review is the server. This woman was unfriendly, messed up my order, and when I brought it up she just laughed it off and said, “I didn’t hear you.” Didn’t even offer to try and fix it. Then she brought the check before we were even done eating without asking if we wanted desert or anything else. Was it so busy they were trying to make room for the line out the door, you ask? Nay, friend. We were one of three parties there… The best part was when I tried to feed a piece of my incorrectly ordered, mediocre chicken to the snapping turtle swimming below, and it spat it out. A fitting symbolism for our experience."

"We have been coming to this place for some time now. However, we see a decline in service quality with the people bringing the food. On many occasions, we have asked for small items such lime for our water or additional helpings. However, we are aware that they did not get it, as their understanding of the request is not comprehended. We have heard them talking about the customers, thinking that people don’t understand Spanish. They, for the most part have an attitude and that is unacceptable. On the other hand, we have an excellent opinion and appreciate the service level provided by our bartender. We and many other people at the bar got tired of the poor service provided by the servers. We are not getting the level of service we are used to. Our bartender is a friendly, courteous and skillful individual with an excellent attention to the customer. I have seen other servers come in and take drinks out while leaving g the bartender hanging to waste a drink. Granted this is Spanish restaurant and many of those customers are Spanish speaking. Yet, my neighbors and us enjoy coming here for the good food, but we are getting exasperated with the poor service and attitude of some of the servers. I even saw one of them getting very upset because his order was not ready when he came out to get it. That is not a place to do this."

"The place is beautiful. The decorations and interior design is magnificent!! The food is decent, not real authentic like I thought it was going to be. The chimichuri sauce wasn’t real authentic, it was like a puree sauce that you would find at Publix. The service was ok, they forgot something’s and just didn’t seem as sharp as normal. Think they could do a lot better."

"The food was really not good, the salmon was practically raw inside and seemed frozen, a burger was cooked incorrectly, the cookie skillet dessert was burnt a bit on the bottom and the chips and guac had very stale chips that did not seem homemade. "I came in late because it was the only place that was open late and I was very hungry from the day I just had. I was treated by a woman at the front and told her I had never been to a hot pot. She cheerfully smiled and told me all about how it works, and see at a bar the head of variety of different food to include in the hot pot. I was later greeted by Amy, my server. She was very kind and helpful during my experience here. She went over the menu and how everything works with me once more cooked meat and vegetables for me. She also made a special sauce that was so delectable. I’m still thinking about it now. Overall, the experience was great. I was very full after the endless that I was able to eat and even more full of all the love and kindness that Amy and the rest of the Staff Show me during my visit. I highly recommend and won’t be A loyal customer"

"Girlfriend and I visited this location on Monday, January the 15th 2023. As expected, the place was full. The menu is easy to understand and our waitress took the time needed to mention the popular choices. During our meal, we had a very pleasant conversion with one of the owners who took the time to make sure all our needs were met as well as share some of his experience about our home country, Canada.He even showed us a special room in his restaurant.The homemade food was absolutely delicious.The muffins will be eaten during tonight’s meal.The reviews don’t lie. "Heard a few positive reviews of this restaurant and love Mediterranean food so decided to give it a try. The spreads were tasty although under seasoned, but 16 for a plate of hummus and 20 for babaganush seems overpriced. Made an assumption that all entrees usually come with a small side of Israeli salad, so I opted for Greek salad 18) for appetizer which was mostly lettuce and also under seasoned with not enough dressing. The salad came out on a cold plate with slight condensation, which tells me that it was pre-made/chopped and stored in the fridge prior to serving. Ordered Chicken Shawarma entrée 29) with hot quinoa, and while the chicken was seasoned well and was flavorful, the overall plate was very plain. No sign of any small side vegetables nor salad, so every bite was just too dry. I appreciate the fact that the restaurant claims they make everything from scratch can't argue with that with the exception of the salad), but overall experience was quite underwhelming with no desire to return, and in my opinion the price tag doesn't justify the value. I really wanted to like this place but it didn't live up to the hype."

"Their lunch specials are anything but special. They may lower the price but they also remove half the food. I provided a photo of what their Chicken Francese lunch special looks like that I got a less then an hour ago. When you get a lunch special it should be a discounted price, not discounted portion. One (1) piece of chicken and half portion of pasta, give me a break! Also, when asking for extra sauce they had the audacity to charge me $2.00 extra for a couple of tiny spoon full 's of sauce without telling me of the ridiculous extra fee (I demanded a refund). When getting the refund, they accidentally charged me again and I made sure they refunded me now twice for the extra sauce. The food may taste okay but the customer service and the bad portions and not good prices are absolutely not worth going back to. Other options I prefer around the corner are Papa Giuseppe, Sal 's Italian Ristorante or Prezzo. I strongly advise to go elsewhere after this experience."
