"Great food, unconsistent service. I've often eaten at Chili and I'm always happy with my food. The loaded potatoes, the Texas Cheese Fries, the Southwest Mac Cheese, Quesadilla Explosion Salad, Southwestern Egg Rolls, their steaks, and the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie, which does not appear in the online menu, are among my favorites. I also want to try the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie, but if I'm there, I always go with the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie. I went to Chili before and JUST ordered this! It's good. <br/ <br/ Unfortunately, I cannot give the same great rating for their service. Sometimes their service is good and sometimes GREAT! , but other times it is just completely PITIFUL. I have eaten in the restaurant and done to Go orders and service either way hit and miss. Two walking orders that really stand out in my memory went so: the youngest, I had to wait 40 minutes to get my food and another time, I called and put my order, waited for my work until my food was SUPPOSED to be ready to come to the restaurant and have to wait this full time again! I wondered if they just started my order until I get there. Both times I called my order before the time and tried to eat the food in my hour. It is not so funny to decorate your food because you have to take DRIVING time to and from Chili this hour! <br/ <br/ About all, the food is great, but do not try to eat here if you are in haste or impatient style!"
