"I will discuss this review by saying that the young girl who is acting as a host this evening has done a good job, she is a guard and has good work ethics. my question is how they and the personal are trained. I came tonight 9/5/22 at 19:20 clock for a 7:30 order. I'll be in case early, it's done early and not sitting around, getting cold, not because I expect it's done early. Once the hostess checked for my order and came back with recuperation, it was not finished yet, she made a point of remembering me, her commitment period was 7:30. more or less accuse me than the customer for an early arrival (this is a bad sight). at this point it's so, it's up, it's a game on, it's as good as possible at 7:30 o'clock. guess what. it wasn't. it came only at 7:36. that is usually not a big thing to me, but they had to make a big point about how their dedicated time was 7:30. first, she just had to say that it is not ready yet and will soon be ready and I would be in order with it. but then you threw back the obligation time into my face because you were early, and then you could not even fulfill the time (pretty lame). the management must provide better training, as you can not burden customers."

"The whole was very different from the other Famous Dave's location. I didn't like you to have to go order, then wait until you were served. If you have small children, you must actually leave them to order from a take-out menu, people were everywhere. You couldn't tell who the dune was with guests from the trainers. We were a party of 9 so that this place was very small that you almost felt like sardines in a can, but I could not understand why a reservation was proposed until we came there and saw why, plus they bring those big plates that were almost as big as the tables. This place must be seriously rebuilt. The food was as always spectacular and the staff also."

"lived place with constant line in the morning. that is totally worth eating, amazing service and cool atmosphere. I had the chili olmlette and coffee. it came with hathbrowns. everything was hot and delicious. can't wait to visit again! my advice, go there early, expect to wait, and come with your whole party. I have heard that the employees say they don't put people (if they are busy) unless their whole group is there, so coordinate and plan them before this great breakfast and lunch."

"I had a really awful experience at this restaurant, from the ambiance down to literally never even receiving our meal. We made reservations and ordered our meal never received it, however they were very quick to deliver your drink. I started feel really nauseous from their drinks and actually got sick in the bathroom. Our table had two servers one of them was very odd acting. I kept asking her when our food was going to come out. Finally we left. Completely awful experience."

"for the receipt. I wanted to pick it up. brought it home and realized that one of the wings I had paid for had no soaking on it? brought it back to buffalo wild wings and told them the situation. I said the person who works on the theke, which I originally ordered. he went back to the kitchen. he comes out and informs me that the source I originally ordered was out? So it took an hour after 30 minutes to make my order and 30 minutes after I took my order to realize that they were from the sosse that I demanded? and then has the nerve to serve me sauceless, simple wings? without asking for an ersatzsauce? and when I get back my corrected order, I realized that all they did was put the sauce on the chicken wing and not gave up the order again. So I was served cold food. not only was the communication not present, but as always, the huh is hard, gum-like and overcooked. eating is never fresh when an order for pickup. it is clear that these people do not pay attention to how they make them eat, how fresh it is, or even get their order right. horrific customer service and horrific execution of food seems to increase them to a high standard. not worth it anymore."

We had to take our chili to go because we couldn't fit another bite. The customer service is exceptional, with the owners always going above and beyond to ensure that everyone is happy. We have been regulars at this restaurant for over 5 years, and the quality of the food and service is consistently top-notch."

"We went there for the first time for my wife’s birthday. Salt was recommended by 2 of our friends, so we were hoping for a nice night out. To our surprise, Salt exceeded our expectations! Our food was very good and our server, Bailey was wonderful! She had great energy, was attentive to our needs, and explained everything thoroughly. I had the raw oysters and octopus sashimi, both were delicious and on point and my wife had the halibut and fried cauliflower. We loved the menu and will definitely be back to try a few different items. All in all, we had a very nice evening and experience at Salt."

"I highly recommend this restaurant and its location. The staff is friendly, quick, and attentive to guests. The meal my daughter ordered was outstanding! We waited about 10 minutes, and everything came out fresh and hot. Both of our orders were customized; I added and removed some ingredients, and the chef got everything just right. Our server was new but was very quick on her feet and didn't miss a beat. This place also has the best Ranch dressing for the chips—definitely give it a try! It's fabulous! This is definitely one of my favorite spots to relax and enjoy a seamless dining experience."

There was noticeably fewer pepperoni and olives compared to previous visits. The sauce had a different, overly sweet taste that I hadn't noticed before. There was also a significant decrease in the amount of cheese, and overall, I found the prices to be much higher. I don't believe the quality was worth the cost."

I usually go for a cellar dweller, but mix it up with turkey breast and pepper jack cheese instead of the chicken and cheddar. Visited over the new year weekend and the service was smooth, ordered ahead, acknowledged the 30 min wait, and picked up the subs. Deli meat tastes fresh, and all their sub combos seem delicious.
