"So I'm giving this a 4 and not a 5 for one reason and one reason only. The food is amazing, the staff is wonderful, the facilities are always clean. However, through a series of unfortunate happenstance, my foot was run over while in the drive thruand no one came to investigate. Literally hollering (because big truck, small foot) and not one person came to investigate. Nota huge deal, obviously, but still upsetting. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely. Chicken is bommb dot com. Just don't getout of the vehicle while moving through the drive thru."

"A nice bar the shepherd's pie is a little questionable not authentic needs more flavor and should be baked in the oven with the potatoes on top not for squirts on the side it's almost like it was pre-made and it was dipped and they put the potatoes just to make it a shepherd's pie not a great dish. The large pretzel is impressive service was nice"

"While the food at this restaurant was excellent, there was one issue that stood out to me. When I went to use the bathroom, I noticed that the music playing sounded muffled. Upon further inspection, I realized that the speaker was painted over. It particularly irked me because it was a Bose speaker, and as a tech enthusiast, I found this frustrating. However, for others who are not as tech-savvy, this might not be a big deal."

"Very impressed with this Chick-fil-A. It is inside a mall food court, but the service we received was as personal as many of the stand-alone facilities we have attended. We came in with a large group, most of whom were ordering individually, so it was a challenging situation for the employees, but they worked quickly and cheerfully to fill all our orders. There was plenty of seating in a clean, open atrium. A great place to stop for lunch!"

"So, here's my experience. I walk in at around 4 on a Friday, and get seated instantly. The server immediately fills our glasses and we start perusing the menu. We order and the food arrives in about 10 minutes. I got the jerk chicken sandwich, which is good but not filling. We then order dessert, which is also good. All in all, it was a great experience, not overly expensive either, though not a place to go for the best bang for your buck. The parking situation is somewhat unfortunate, but normal for downtown Salisbury. The bathrooms were also nice and clean, which is nice."
