"Pizza is good, but a hair undercooked.. Pizza is one of these meals that seems to work every day of the week and is not old. Some pizza is even better, the few days it sits in the refrigerator and you entice. Heat your pizza over and over again or use the toaster oven to keep the floor from getting dirty and soggy. When I went to Fortunato for the first time, I got a pasta and sausage dish that I destroyed in a shorter time to make it. I recommend it to everyone. The pizza at the next table had to drown me like a calzone even after filling, so on my second trip I ordered a big one with paprika and sausage. It was a very busy night and I was given first the wrong cake I forgive because you can see how hard the cook, yes one, works to create there in the kitchen and people go in and out and there is a drive-thru. When mine came, it was a little loose. The dough was still very soft as if it was not completely boiled and when I took it, he tried to escape between my fingers. The cheese was gooey and ran from the sides and it could have been a dazzling more sauce. I took about half of it home and two days later heat it and was very impressed by the aromas and how well the dough roasted not dry and crispy. It is a delicious pizza and maybe it was just a super busy night, but it was a little boiled."
