"Once we were finally seated, we were impressed by the extremely polite staff, who provided excellent service throughout our meal. Our waitress was particularly helpful, offering to replace a side dish that I did not care for with my grilled lemon fish (cheese grits). Although I had enjoyed shrimp grits in the past, I found that cheese grits were not to my liking. True to her word, she replaced them with some delicious green beans. The rest of the meal was also delightful, with my glass always being refilled promptly. Overall, we had a great experience at the restaurant and would highly recommend it. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"Excellent service! As soon as I entered, I was warmly welcomed by the cashier, who assisted me with my order. Everything was quick and served piping hot. I had the medium-sized double cheeseburger meal, which was delicious. The restaurant was generally clean. I would have given a full 5 stars if the drink station had been better. "The service and food were excellent at this restaurant. We had a large party of 20 and were served quickly. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. We tried many appetizers, with the egg rolls and steak bites being particularly delicious. The sirloin tip was not as good, but the entrees were delicious. I would definitely come back again. The restrooms were immaculate and had foot-operated doors. One thing I really value is cleanliness!"

"Another hole in the wall you're going to kick yourself for passing. The food is great. The waitresses are no nice. We got there early in the afternoon so it wasn't busy. Since it was our first time there our waitress was able to answer all of our questions. I ordered the farmhouse burger and sweet potato fries. This was my first experience with an egg on my burger but I loved it and the fries were nice and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. My husband got the Philly cheese steak. We had good conversation and great food."

"This restaurant gives me the creeps! I initially stopped going here, but I decided to give it another chance. Each time I've visited, there were always strange and suspicious individuals in the parking lot. It's somewhat hidden from the main road (Dixon Blvd), which might attract this kind of crowd. Additionally, the customer service has been terrible. I always seem to get a young guy with an attitude who struggles to understand directions. While no one is perfect, this guy consistently acts like he doesn’t want to be there, and his reaction to simple requests is quite unprofessional. Furthermore, their small breakfast sandwiches are both overpriced and underwhelming. I’m not sure how long this place has been open, but I won’t be returning."

"I visited McDonald's on February 17, 2022, at 5:15 AM. It seemed like they were a bit short-staffed, as I had to wait for my order. However, I was really pleased when my breakfast arrived hot. I took advantage of the $4.39 deal for two, and it's quite uncommon to find hot, fresh food at most fast-food places in Shelby, so this was a nice surprise. Great job, McDonald's—5-star service this morning!"

"I placed a carryout order on a late Friday night. Despite the winter weather, the kitchen delivered my food promptly. The perch dish was prepared as described on the menu, although the tacos' breading was slightly too heavy. The cod was fresh and not overcooked. The twisted chicken lived up to its name, although I would recommend providing more sauce for dipping as one cup was only enough for three pieces, not six. One big bonus was that my order was ready before the estimated time. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Keep up the good work!"

"The best thing about this Waffle House is the exceptional service. It is conveniently located near my office, so I often call in an order when I start to feel a bit hungry. The staff on the phone is always friendly and the service in the restaurant is just as personal. My food is always ready on time and my order is always correct. I especially enjoy the speck hashbrown dish, which is always cooked perfectly and comes in generous portions. If I feel like indulging, I add extra speck on top. The only downside is that the food can be quite greasy, but that's to be expected at a waffle house. I have never had any issues with the staff or the food, so I give them a perfect 5 out of 5 stars. Keep up the great work, Waffle House 2286!"

I still had to wait about another 15 minutes to receive my meal after the 15 minutes that I already waited before I went there. the pizza was really good and I can't really complain about the quality of the pizza. You pay for what you get, and with Pizza Hut it's really greasy."

"We visited around 3 PM to dodge the crowds, and the atmosphere was wonderfully intimate and serene. Our server was fantastic. We decided to share the Spooky Sip Zombie drink after being informed by our server that the portions were quite large, and it turned out to be enormous! We're glad we decided to share because it was absolutely delicious. Both of us ordered the steak with shrimp and lemon butter sauce, and it was excellent. The Halloween decorations added a lovely touch, making it a perfect date for my husband and me. I would definitely recommend this place!"
