"This store is extremely difficult to deal with. They frequently run out of things. Usually, it's the spicy sauce for the chicken sandwiches. One time, an employee there said not only did they not have iced tea (though it was on the menu via DoorDash), but the store had never had it. Tonight was something new. They claimed to not have the meat patties for the 2 Whopper Jr's for my order. I asked my DoorDash driver to have them make 1 normal Whopper instead, since they had the meat for that. The employee made a hassle out of it, claiming it could not be done; the price difference would be more than $2 and the entire order would have to be cancelled and re-entered to change the order. Speaking to my driver on the phone, while they were in the drive thru, I looked at the DoorDash receipt and pointed out the price difference would only be 29 cents, not more than $2, and it would be in the restaurant's favor. In essence, I would be paying 29 cents more for them to make the 1 Whopper for me, to complete my order, since they couldn't manage to keep the smaller Whopper Jr patties stocked. Eventually, they did as I suggested, but their attitude was immediately dismissive, and argumentative with the DoorDash driver. Management is either absent there, or ineffective. Staff should be trained to relay these concerns to management, instead of immediately trying to dismiss them, and management should go out of their way to fix issues like this that occur, considering how often they run out of product."
