"BE CAREFULL!! BE VERY CAREFULL!! Great Firehouse, good sandwiches, clean restaurant. But never order double meat. Per the receipts (3 days apart) same exact order but one has double meat for $2.50, the other shows $2.00 $2.00 for extra meats. I called to ask. The GM said it is what it is, stating computer won't allow it sometimes. She also never mentioned she could fix it or any other good will effort. I'm going to miss this restaurant. UPDATE: Thank you for the obligatory response. However, there is still no explanation why such a discrepancy on the receipts. Maybe it's time to get IT involved. As stated, I went back to register for explanation from cashier saying that's what the computer does, not I'll can fix it or let me get the manager. I even stated I owed another $2 because there are 3 meats on that sandwich. I walked away. From the parking lot I called the store and spoke to GM as stated above."
