"First impressions are always important. Having said that I don?t expect perfection. This was my first time trying Slim Chickens. I went through the drive through ordered One hungry meal and one Cajun ranch sandwich. I get to the window the lady that greeted me was very friendly, with a big smile on her face, I paid and waited. I didn?t have to wait long before she handed me my food. It did not feel like the right order, the bag was very light. So I pulled up looked and sure enough it was wrong. I pulled around, went in, as soon as I got in the door good, the really nice lady who greeted me (again very nice big smile on her face), knew exactly what was wrong, apologized and immediately fixed it. For my inconvenience she offered me a dessert. So even though there was a mistake it was fixed quickly and nicely. The food was (When I got the right order) hot, fresh and very yummy! The staff was again very friendly and helpful. The prices are on the high side. You should definitely give Slim Chickens a try if you?re a chicken fanatic like me."
