"We dined for the first time last night (Valentines Day and we were BEYOND impressed. We started with the lamb and chicken homemade empanadas. Light, delicate, flavorful and delicious! Also the provalato (sp? was excellent. My better half had the rack of lamb and I had the filet. My steak was cooked to perfection (mid-rare and her lamb was simply seasoned with rosemary, salt and pepper. Simple food is always the best and Del Sur gets it! The final vote came from our 8 year old who had the chicken Marsala. He RAVED about it. We loved the intimate atmosphere with the open kitchen concept and the entire staff was warm and knowledgeable. Thank you for making our evening so special, we will be back!!"
