"I had eaten here before and had good experiences, but this visit was another story. the first thing we noticed is that it was very cold in the restaurant, cold enough that we had to eat with our moms. this was obviously due to an HVAC problem that was told to us would be fixed once they could get someone to fix it. this is obviously not from their control, but I have never eaten in a restaurant that offered to keep warm. now to eat that was more than disappointing, we have ordered both parmesan crusted chicken, which I made home and had in several other restaurants. what we received was not what we ordered, we got fried flattened chicken with something parmesan sprinkled on it. when we told the waitress, she answered with how we serve it here. Moreover, the sweet and the kartoffels were cold, and we got some hot potatoes. I will give this restaurant another chance by the other pleasant visits, but one more like this and we are finished."
