"Last night 6 11 22 I visited the Tift Avenue site at 10:45, then I had a son who was sick, and had no appetite, so when he asked for something to eat from McDonalds, I liked to go though it was late. I sat in line with several vehicles before me when the vehicle drove before me to place their order, they quickly drove away to go, so I went up to place my order, an employee arrived and said: "We are closed"! Thought to consider especially the vehicles in front of me, whose orders were taken, and they got their food, and saw the time (10:54), I moved over and pulled their website, it said that they closed at 12, I drove to the door, and it said close to 12. I came back and came to the speaker, said the employee, we're closed. I asked them what were hours there, and they said, Ma’m, we are out of food. I told her I sat in the line, and didn't understand how you had some orders, and not the others. I asked her if they were all, and she then asked me what I wanted, I told her that I wanted a 10 piece of nugget meal big with a sweet tea and added an additional great sweet tea. She said we were from Nuggets. I asked her about the (2) Plain Cheeseburger Meal, and she said they were from this kind of meat. I asked if they had pommes, and she said yes, so I asked for a big frit and 2 big sweet teas, and I went up and paid them $4,96. Then I went up to get my food and noticed that the whole trip through the area was impeccable! I picked up my food and noticed that the bag was hard to be just one order of fries, so I went by to check my bag, and guess what, there were nuggets in there. This behavior was very unacceptable and why would you even enforce a customer with it. I took the time to protect this facility, my gas, my money, my time. I tried to send a complaint on the McDonald website 5 times, but it deleted my information when I was asked to select the location. Nothing about me was important to them."
