"I am an old customer of Mike's subs when they were linked with Neba roast beef restaurants. I drove from Gloversville NY to Amsterdam NY to get a sub. There were a few people ahead of me. I placed my order for an Italian sub, with oil and absolutely no mayo. Drove home to Gloversville and was so excited to eat it. I took 1 bite and it had mayonnaise on it! Threw it out. So disappointed!"

"I asked for spicy tenders, but I got regular. They were cold and mostly just the breading. They few pieces of actual chicken I got...it looked like they have been sitting out. The buiscuit was hard as a rock. My drink had 0 ice in it. And the mashed potatoes had no gravy."

"Used to be better. Double Decker Chicken was good but the broccoli was overcooked and the Au Gratin Cauliflower seemed thrown together. Girlfriend's petite steak was a tad overcooked, shrimp was average. Server was a little distracted. A let down as the last time we went to this location (several years ago) we were pleased. Has the same Manager."

"The saucy fried chicken sandwich combo was so good! The chicken is hot, crispy, juicy and flavorful. I got mine in the sassy honey sauce.. other family members had the mild and the nashville hot and it was all great. The pickles really compliment the sandwich. Great french fries and the sweet tea pairs perfectly. Will definitely be ordering again"

"pictures are very deceiving, nothing and I mean nothing like the pictures. they work your appetite for disappointment. the burger were very small, clump of meat and the burger just tasted like pickle mayo. Fries were just seasoned with salt and pepper. nothing special about the seasoning. lets not mention the chicken was two chicken tenders, just with lettuce no condiments. not recommending this place to save my appetite."

"Great little place to grab a bite. Kid friendly, priced fair, great service and food. My husband and I both had burgers that were good and my daughter got the kids quesadilla with fries which she said was good. The fries were really good as well."
