"I love the quality of coffee and food you can get here, but for the longest my partner and I have joked the customer service feels like we're getting bullied lol. Came in this Sunday and encountered the rudest barista yet, she lacked severe customer service skills and I say this as someone who has, and still works in coffee myself. Everyone is different, we don't all have to be bright and sunny and warm with our customer service, but you can still be polite without being cold and blunt. As a barista myself, I understand we cannot show up everyday to face the public, but also that is still unfortunately reflective of the service, and we have to still be professional. Big bummer, yall have the best BLT in the Hudson Valley."
