"Triple 50. Wedding day dinner was promised to be unforgettable by waitress... it was for all the wrong reasons. Two of our diners got their guts after the rest of our party had ended. All employees told us it was right. After wine was poured after the order, it took 20 minutes to appear two glasses. When the waitress was pushed to our table, she told us she was just on her way to get her. We never saw the manager until we said he would bring the last two ducks. He said he was very sad and didn't know what to do. He had no idea what to do. After a member, our party saw the $500 check, he went back to see the manager. He's got a gut. Apparently, he was underused with unskilled people and would have restricted his guests who all expect a reasonable service. No COVID apology should come from a highly rated restaurant. We would have been happy to have gone even if we had made a reservation instead of wasting only under $500 and three hours. After a number of problems and only four entrees have been served, we should have left our losses, that is on us. I suggested to our group that every bad day has, let us see how the manager corrects the problem. Once he said he didn't know what to do we knew we should just go. I suggest that the boss gives him the power to make decisions when such things happen, inform the cartridges immediately about the problem, or at least call someone with knowledge or authority to do something. We new something was wrong early when the waitress, her trainee and other service staff tried to find out what happened to the 45 minutes late ducks. I hope who reads this personalizes the event while celebrating a special occasion that children are set up and paid by their groups."
