Yeah, that just happened.I had the pleasure to talk to the owner, and when you talk to this super friendly guy about the process he went through to get the best quality meat for Texas style BBQ in his restaurant, you'll understand what quality is all about. Combine that with amazing cooking skills, and perfectly balanced smoke and spice, and you'll see why I think this place will soon be known as the best BBQ in the area.And the cocktails? Right up there with the big cocktail bars in the area...and I'm a connoisseur.
