"I always do the mobile order, and pick it up through the drive-thru. My last three experiences have been bad.First, I went to use my points for a free frappe. I decided to get a hashbrown as well. When I got home, the bag only had my straw and napkins, no hashbrown.The second time, I purchased a Happy Meal. It was missing the toy. No big deal to me, but, try explaining that to an excited child. The most recent time was during the squishmallow frenzy . Placed a mobile order for 4 Happy Meals, and when I got there they told me they were out of squishmallows. Was told I 'd have to come back for them a different day. This was the 2nd day of the Squishmallow event. But I will say that the service itself is good, most of the people are friendly.Vegetarian options: The do not offer anything specifically vegetarian, other than fries. Though that is not an actual meal. ."
