"Three Broomsticks can be found in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter with fake snow adoring the roof. On my most recent to Universal Studios Hollywood (last November , my husband and I had a late lunch here. I figured I would try Three Broomsticks since the reviews for this restaurant was so high but I think I was let down. We waited in a short line to get inside (this all started around 2:15 pm and then inside, we waited in a very long line to get to the register to order. While we waited in this part of the line, we saw a digital menu and fake food of what your meal could look like if you order one of the meal items. Once you reach to the part of the line that is by the register, an employee will direct you to which register you may wait in line in (honestly there could and should be a better way to execute the line and all the waiting... . When I finally reached the register, I think I had waited ~40 minutes. My husband got tired of standing and so he left to go find a table. At the register, I finally ordered:Turkey Leg Platter, $16.99 prior to tax One giant turkey leg that is barbecued and served with thick cut steak fries. I didn't eat any of my husband's turkey but he thought the turkey leg was okay. His fries could have been cooked up a little bit longer to be a little crisper. It also would have been nice if his fries were hot instead of lukewarm. Roasted Chicken Salad, $15.99 prior to tax I opted for a salad and got blue cheese for my dressing. I actually wanted ranch dressing but the employee who took my order said the blue cheese would be close to it (which surprised me because I normally do not like blue cheese but thought the dressing did taste like ranch . I liked that this salad was made with a spring mix and came with chopped tomatoes, sliced carrots, a small amount of crotons, corn, olives, slices of cucumbers and slices of radish. There is also a good amount of thinly sliced chicken. This salad was refreshing and filling. Hot Butterbeer, $8 prior to tax My husband and I wanted to try butterbeer since everyone highly recommend I try it (I didn't try it the last time I visited Universal Studios a few years before . I thought a hot version would be good because it was cold out. I was disappointed that by the time I got this drink, it was just warm instead of hot. The drink itself was too sweet and probably would not order this again. I had to add water to help dilute all that amount of sugar used in this drink to make it drinkable. 16 oz Frozen Butterbeer, $8 prior to tax I wasn't sure if my husband wanted the frozen version or the hot version so I decided to order both. I thought this was slightly better than the hot version but probably because drinks that are frozen typically taste a little more subtle cold than at room temperature (or in the liquid stage . Still sweet though and don't think I would need to drink another butterbeer drink again (in either form . Butterbeer Ice Cream, $6.99 prior to tax Yep we went butterbeer crazy... I thought this was pretty sweet but maybe not as sweet as the hot butterbeer beverage. The portion for the size is on the small side. (Total= $61.29 after tax After I paid for my item, I went to go get utensils, ketchup and napkins while I waited for my order. I was actually surprised that the wait for my order was not that long... maybe a little less than 15 minutes? And then I brought out my heavy tray of food outside to where my husband was at. There was more seating outside than inside at this time. The seating is covered and there are heat lamps but they were not on when we were eating. I think prices are a little expensive but actually fair for a theme park. Overall, this dining experience was just okay, thus my 3 star rating. I don't think I would come back and would like to try some of the other eateries at this theme park."

"Edit: Thanks to the owner for the inauthentic copy and paste response you 've been slapping on other reviews. My review clearly explains what happened and provided feedback. This restaurant is a joke. I am so disappointed in my experience here. I 've had wayyyy better experiences at other locations. Our food came out lukewarm and a little TOO fast. Our fried rice was MUSHY and our chicken looked like it was boiled yesterday. Our mapotofu was creamy????? And too spicy. Like unbearably spicy. And we LIKE spicy. My dandan noodle was interesting... And by interesting, I mean the flavor was odd, and my noodles were overcooked. The pork belly was also awful. I sincerely cannot describe how awful it was. And when we let the server know about our lukewarm and flavorless fried rice and dishes, he responded So what do you want me to do with it? Granted, I 'd hate my job if I had to serve that to people as well. In summary, absolute waste of money. Expensive price for slop. This location is taking advantage of it 's tourist trap location. Check out the pictures : This is the amount we left at the restaurant. We paid over $100 and didn 't take any of it with us. Edit: The owner loves to respond to bad reviews with the excuse of catching them during a shift change and miscommunication . This place has been receiving the same reviews for over 5 months now. There 's absolutely NO WAY that every single bad review is an instance of miscommunication . Take accountability for your sorry excuse for a restaurant. Do better."

"Yes, it's named after Krusty from the Simpson. Never did I think I'd come to a place like this, then return again. Let's face it, theme park food is less than desirable, but when we're in the park and hungry, what do we do? Pick the place with a shorter line and menu options. But Krusty turned out to be a decent choice. Here, you'll line up as you do with all the rides. Menu are posted in a few places for you to decide. Once you snake around the line, an available cashier will call you over. Place your order and wait by the counter for your name to be called. While waiting, grab your condiment, utensils and napkins. We tried their Clogger burger and the Sideshow hotdog. (See my menu photo for what they are) The burger was surprisingly tasty, pretty big and filling. The hotdog was heavy with plenty of chili, and of course messy. For what it is, the dog wasn't bad either. The fries however, were meh. There are seats downstairs but the main attraction is upstairs. There's a much larger seating area and the decor is fun to look at. The larger dining room has Simpson artwork throughout. How long you'll wait will vary. On a decent day, from line to food on the table is about 20-30 minutes. Once we walked by near a holiday and the line looked more than 2X longer then previous visits. I estimate that to be over an hour wait, if you're lucky enough to even snag a table. Pro-tip, have designated person line up to order while the others grab a table. It beats walking around with trays of food looking for a seat. The 4 is for the artwork, as I enjoy looking around while stuffing my face. The food itself is a ok, but better than I expected."
