"Yesterday's visit was an absolute disappointment. The service was totally uncoordinated and stressed, even towards the customer. An older couple said they had been waiting a while to order, whereupon the waitress said there were only two of them and couldn't be everywhere (the terrace was only about 1/4 full). In our opinion, totally unprofessional. We observed how 3 tables were occupied by new customers and the service employee preferred to spend time wiping out ashtrays and disappearing again and again without even taking an order. We asked for warm food at 3 p.m. and while the employee told us that she would get us the menu, she turned away again and disappeared without taking drinks or anything. Real beginner level. In the process, a menu was left at the pick-up table, which was not picked up and stood outside during our entire visit of around 1.5 hours after a while in the storm until the wind took care of the French fries and made them ready for the birds. When we arrived inside and ordered our food, the wind was so strong through the entrance gate that a bouquet of flowers that was standing there quickly fell to the ground. After the employee noticed the event, she placed the pot again in the same place, whereupon we (several guests) recommended that it would be better to place the pot on the ground to prevent it from falling over again. When the food finally came, despite saying yes to the offer of ketchup, we waited until the end and didn't receive it. We were no longer interested in asking. I definitely expected more than frozen crispy fish. It was edible but I can easily prepare the menu at home and don't need to go to a restaurant. We're definitely not coming back."
