"Okay Guys, let me tell you about this little jewel of a diner that Tony and happened upon this morning. I had an important meeting in Lexington, so Tony being off from work was up for an early morning excursion especially knowing that I always leave early jyst in case I need to stop for an impromptu photo opt, or a tabletop that I have never pulled my chair up too!!! Always on the comb for somewhere new! Today, located right on Main Street we found this tiny diner, on street parking in front, with a quaint, with underrated facade. Inside it was narrow but deep, very charmingly decorated with old area photos, mural of the rolling countryside yet still open and airy. About 10 -four tops, a cook, waitress and apparently owner sitting at one of the four tops in the back corner. 3 large screen tv 's, all on the same program, morning news. The bathroom is thru the curtained doorway into the kitchen on the right. Quaint, yet homey right???? Tony and I grabbed the table left of the front door, immediately waitress was there with water and menus. She took our drink order of hot tea and coffee and was off. We inspected the menu both choosing the usual ...That 's what they titled it... the usual and funny thing is...that 's exactly our usual...2 eggs [any style] ours Sunnyside up, your choice of bacon or sausage (ours was sausage and 2 large thick patties), with fried potatoes [but you could go with hash browns] then to top it off choices of toast, biscuits or English muffins (ours is toast) then she brought over assortment of jellies, honey and a bottle of ketchup. She wanted to know if we needed mustard or syrup, but we were good. About 6 minutes later, 2 over flowing heaping plates of protein and morning goodness. We both ate until we were full. I felt like I might need a little help from the table because I felt stuffed like a piglet...$20 With tip and taxes... Unquestionably going back when I am in the area. She gave me a business card and menu to go. They do lunches too!!! Someone else needs to share with me what you experienced at this diamond in the Bluegrass!!!"
