"I had to book online and arrange a 12 o'clock date. I and many other people waited at the door to come around 12 o'clock. they also had time! as it was so cold, we went back and sat half an hour in our cars. we always called, but no one would answer. we also knocked on the doors. we could see lights and people in there, but nobody would answer us. this is a terrible opportunity to treat their customers to let them wait. I'm not coming back. also, I guess opentable terrible. they are not user-friendly, and it is stupid to make reservations when a location is not even open."
