"Rudest customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered food from Frank’s online at 5:30 pm, clearly during their operating hours. When my sister went to pick the pizza up, the door was open and a man was sitting inside with his shirt off and said they were closed and our pizzas were not made; however, I had been charged. When I went in to explain that I would like to be refunded, I was met with such hostility that I was shocked! The man working basically told me it was not his problem and that it was the third-party’s problem and screamed at me to get out of his restaurant. My husband went back to speak to them since I was so upset and the man said he had called the cops on me! I did speak to Door Dash who powered the online ordering service and they said that Frank’s could have easily refunded me since they had received my money. (I don’t even care about the money at this point! I am in total disbelief over the treatment I received from this unhinged individual. I wish I had thought to pull out my phone and record him and all of the wild remarks he was making. I will not support his business and will share my experience with everyone I know."
