"I have dined here about a half dozen times. The food is great. The service is not. I was surprised to hear that anyone had good service here because I consistently have had slow, inattentive or down right rude service here. We go back because it's convenient and we work very close by, but our last experience we stood for more than 8 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, the server who finally came over was downright rude. We saw her drop things from someone's table and kick those things across the room. We finally got seated and waited another 15 minutes for someone to come to the table. Their patio had people out there but there was no one inside but it looked like they had only 2 servers working. Our sandwiches did not come with any pasta salad or anything on the side like they used to and our table was missing the two non-alcoholic beverages that were ordered until half way through the meal. My advice is to try Brelundi, perhaps you will have a different experience than we have had. If you like Italian food, the food is worth the wait. The bread is delicious, the pasta and sandwiches and salads are great. Just be aware that your service may be extremely slow, they will forget items and may be rude to you. Also, any time we have gone (at lunch time) I was berated and not seated for not having a reservation so I now make sure I call and make reservations before attempting to go there or we get take out."

"I may be old-fashioned, but I believe that a diner should never have to ask for their water glass to be refilled. And if they do have to ask, it should be done quickly so they don't have to wait while their meal gets cold. Unfortunately, this particular Ruth's Chris Steak House fell short in several areas. The bathroom was dirty, the light fixtures were cracked, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was unusually dark compared to other Ruth's locations I have visited. Overall, the experience was mediocre. It was good, but not great, which is what I have come to expect from Ruth's Chris."

"overall had an excellent family dinner. consistent good food and service. lively, comfortable atmosphere. kellner was freendly and had a good sense of humor. a few little bits. they sat our party of four on a table set for six, and then began to chairs and servier pieces one after what was a little unprofessional. we also ordered the ribeye and the brittle sprouts. twice our waiter came back to inform us that the ribeye was sold out and then the brittle sprouts were sold out. we have to order this. A pity that a steakhouse will get out of ribeye on a Saturday night at 19 o'clock!"

"Osterio ist sicherlich ein gutes Restaurant, aber insgesamt waren wir aus mehreren Gründen enttäuscht. Bei jedem Kurs war einer von uns enttäuscht von dem, was serviert wurde. Ich begann mit dem Caprese-Salat, aber anstatt saftige Erbstücktomaten zu verwenden, verwendete das Gericht kleine Kirschtomaten, die in einem riesigen grünen Bett vergraben waren, und der angeblich hausgemachte Mozzarella sah aus und schmeckte eher wie rasierter Parmesan. Das Dressing war zu süß, schwer und ähnelte nicht Balsamico-Essig. Das Gericht ähnelte auch keiner Art von Caprese-Salat, den ich jemals serviert hatte. Es sollte meiner Meinung nach nicht als Caprese-Salat bezeichnet werden. Meine Frau genoss jedoch den Erntesalat. Das Brot schien nicht frisch zu sein und war abgestanden. Für Vorspeisen bekam meine Frau die Schellfisch mit gerösteten Pilzen und Kartoffelpüree Spezial, was ich sagen muss, war von den Charts köstlich. Aber ich war enttäuscht von dem toskanischen Meeresfrüchte-Eintopf. Es enthielt Garnelen, gut gemacht, aber der Rest des Gerichts bestand aus gummiartigen, winzigen Calamari, winzigen, winzigen Muscheln in der Schale und einem winzigen Stück Weißfisch, die alle in einer würzigen Sauce mit drei oder vier großen Ciabatta auf der Schale vergraben waren oben. Optisch war es appetitlicher als die tatsächliche Erfahrung, das Gericht zu essen. Der Service war einfach so. Wir mussten um Brot bitten, und es dauerte zu lange, bis wir unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Es kam jedoch jemand vorbei, um unsere Getränkebestellung direkt nach dem Sitzen entgegenzunehmen, was sehr schön war. Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass das Getränk meiner Frau hervorragend war. Sie bekam den Hayride und er hatte geschickt eine dünne Apfelscheibe, die mit einer engen Nadel an der Lippe des Glases befestigt war. Ziemlich cool. Fazit für uns: Dieses Restaurant ist nicht billig und wir haben ein besseres Speiseerlebnis für den Preis erwartet. Wir könnten wegen des Schellfischgerichts zurückkehren, aber sonst nicht sicher"

"Amazing food! Friendly wait staff! Very Creative menu! Overall experience was very pleasurable! It 's our second time and certainly won 't be our last. I had the lamb shanks, meat fell off the bone, my husband had the spicy shrimp and Scallops which were tender and tasty , our friends had short ribs of beef, which was like 'buttah ' and the skirt steak, very tasty. Like every Wednesday, I was visiting one of the many restaurants in my beautiful city of Waltham. Usually I always have a different guest. This time we decided to try The Federal, a modern steakhouse Restaurant with classic Italian Vibe, that has already set a high standard to the point that if I can add another star I will do it. I have to say that each staff member involved with my reservation performed an outstanding job. From Joe, the Hosts who answered the phone to accommodate my reservation, Sony, the most unique bussers, who speak several language, very accommodate and friendly, Aaron, a true classic waiter, who is very knowledgeable, able to recommend cocktails and food dishes, extraordinary demeanors, and genuine smile; I cannot leave behind my compliments for the bartender and chef, Excellent Job! And of course the Elegant gentlemen who authorized my entrance to the crystal cage where they store a jaw dropping selection of wines from Italy, France and of course USA. All of them convey a Winning attitude. Regarding the food and beverage quality, The Sangrias and other cocktails were tasteful and refreshing, our meal starting from the appetizers and salad such as: Beet Fried Goat Cheese, Classic Chopped Caesar, calamari Fritto, Panko Crusted Haddock, with Lemon Risotto, Asparagus Delightful! Prime Skirt Steak Frites, with Garlic Butter Parmesan Fried, and to finish off with a flourish a rich, smooth and marvelous Tiramisu. Overall The Federal reunites all the factors to make a restaurant experience great: Friendly, personalized service, Consistently great food, A memorable atmosphere, and Efficient customer service. "This diner is beyond expectation. It's my first time here and I love this place. My boyfriend ordered Salmon Benedict and I had French toast with bacon. Nice coffee. I got a chance to try their blueberry muffin for the first time, cut in half and grilled it, served with butter. I love it! French toast tastes great by itself, I don't need maple syrup here. This is the best dining place ever. They are very nice and friendly. We do appreciate their effort for all customers. We love the vibe of local homemade food here. The food and service were awesome. "We have been dining at Gustavo for years and have always loved it. It has been our go to restaurant for all sorts of occasions. This time was a huge disappointment. Almost every dish we had was EXTREMELY SALTY. The lamb chops and prime rib small plates were close to inedible there was so much salt it was hard to taste anything else. The ribs were fine but the arugula under them was doused with salt. Even the salad was very very salty. We shared about 9 dishes and almost all had the same issue. The one exception was the deserts they were the best part of the meal. Both the flan and key lime pie were excellent. I don’t know if there is a new chef or a new salt shaker but sadly we will think twice before dining at Gustavo again."

It comes with chashu, braised egg, bamboo shoot, sauteed bean sprout, scallion, sweet corn, grated garlic and dried seaweed. The yellow ramen noodles were great, not too cooked, about al dente. The broth was savory, creamy, and smooth. The pork slices were thin and had a smoky flavor, although they were a bit dry and rough. The braised egg was sweet and savory, from soy sauce probably.Sushi:I also tried some of their sushi. The sake salmon sashimi was a bit flavorless and not the smoothest. The tamago cooked egg sushi was decent but the sushi rice was about very small, about 1 inch by half.Overall:The sushi might be decent compared to takeout sushi, but wasn't great for a restaurant based on what I tried. I would give this place another try."

"Visited on a beautiful Saturday morning...plenty of parking in the lot just beside the building. As I entered, I was kind of surprised at how small the store is. I have seen pictures and I was thinking it was a bigger store. As I entered, I immediately saw the fresh paninis and fresh rolls. The staff was working behind the counter tending to and prepping different food. I ordered a chicken cutlet (plain) with caramelized onion and pickle. I was hoping they offered bbq sauce or ketchup but no go. I ordered a slice of cheese pizza, which looked awesome, as well. As I began to pay for order, I noticed there were a few cookies, canoll's and italian cookies for sale. I bought a chocolate chip and m&m cookie. The prices were very fair and the help was fantastic.....service with a smile! I was able to take a few pics! This place is worth a visit or a drive! I will be back!"

"Sat us down even though they were going to close in 30 minutes and ended up telling us to leave before the closing time. I don't understand why they would seat us if they were going to end up kicking us out. The food we got came out fast and we really appreciated it but the dishes were alright. The pork with sweet and sour sauce barely had any meat on it; it was around 80% bone for every piece. The west lake style soup (beef) was alright except for the fact that every spoonful tasted like pure ginger. And they had not given us plates and bowls until after the food had arrived. The service really made the experience appalling. Even asking for the take-out containers after being asked to leave, they responded with some attitude. I would never wish upon my worst enemy."

"Every time I've come here I've had a great meal. The pho is absolutely great. But what really caught he off guard the first time I came here a while back was how good their freid chicken was. Since then I've honestly looked forward to eating their chicken more than their pho, which really says something because their pho is great. They used to have really good fries but they seemed to change the recipe. It's still good just not as good as I remember. If you haven't eaten here yet or you're on the fence I'd definitely recommend going."
