"We went to Blu Babylon for dinner on a Friday night, 2 adults 2 kids. The place looks clean and the ambience is nice, not fancy but fine for dining out with the kids. They still had their valentines decor displayed, it was March. There's no host it's a one man show with the one server doing the seating, waiting tables and the bussing the tables. I chose this place due to its proximity to home and based on the food pictures I had seen online. Several of the items we tried to order were unavailable, still plenty of good options. We ordered a T-bone steak , the chicken shish and a combo plate. We also ordered an appetizer of hummus, the appetizer was delivered promptly with a side of warm pita bread and it was fine, the food was good too, we didn't get asked if we wanted to order Anything to drink until we asked which was well after receiving the appetizer. Mediterranean restaurants are also known for bringing out sauces like tzatziki and this place did not, I asked for a yogurt sauce to add some flavor to the food, they brought out what was a mayonnaise sauce. Overall the experience was fine, I would have given 4 stars but they need to hire more people, our drinks were never refilled and we had to wait a while for our bill. I don't blame the waiter, he was doing his best but there's only so much one person can do. They automatically add an 18% gratuity which was unexpected but ok. The bill was $127 for the four of us, we only drank water so I would say it's on the pricey side. It's not a place I would be looking to visit again in the near future but also not a bad experience."
