"Great brews, cocktails and lemons. The Burgers and Pommes were great, especially the Lambburger. The Quinoa Burger was also pretty good, which is sometimes difficult to get to the right. The special Nashville hot sliders were amazing. We started with a hot pulp and it was delicious with both sauces. It cost our night."

"This was our second time going to Bucks. Both times, the food was so good. My husband teased the waitress because he had decided on what he wanted when they brought out another table's food. There are so many wonderful choices. Both times, the owner came round to make sure everything was good. You can tell he cares about his place and the people that come there."

"Always a great meal. LOVE the pizza, the burgers are outstanding. Everything we have ever had was very good! We used to take our aged father there and they treated him like a prince. Always used his name and brought him beer in a chilled mug. We don’t often get near this G’s since our Dad died, but we don’t miss it when we’re in the area. Wonderful place and great value!!"

"First time visiting Logger's Depot and what a nice surprise! OMG, the fish tacos were amazing!!! This young lady, Barb was our waitress. Barb seemed to be the only one waiting on tables and was she hustling! The atmosphere was small town home with better than big city dining! I can't say enough about how pleased we were! Thank you Barb for your kindness and your knowledge of the area! We will DEFINITELY be back every time we visit!!! Not certain who else works there but Barb is who we will always ask for! And those fish tacos!!!!"

"Their French fries are amazing, and their prices are great. I have a cheeseburger with all attachments, a bowl of apple sauce and pommes. It came with a pickle spear. 10/10 best burgers I had all year round. tomatoes, leaf salad, onions, cucumbers, noodles of various spices. It was great. My mother also loved her pommes, but her chicken sandwich was less than ideal. It was a chicken breast in a Hamburg bungalow with salad dressing and salad. It was bland and slimy. Not sure if it was a bad meal or if we just don't like chicken sandwiches. My mother"

"When I started my journey from co to ct, I was shameful that I didn't want to stop at fast food chains. while iowa city showed up with eating options, they were all crocheted with long waiting times on Saturday afternoon. "Ate here because we were stranded in an icestorm and stayed next to the motel. What a revelation. The place worked very short, but the one waitress she had (Amanda, I think her name is) treated things nicely. And we have our food very fast to boot. Not only that, but she found time to interact with us and let us be glad that we showed up. We are always happy to be able to eat at Applebee, but that was perhaps the best experience."

"This McDonald's is a great halfway point to Mackinaw. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. You receive your food promptly, which is a nice surprise for fast food. The restaurant was clean, and we stopped in for breakfast. The hash browns were exactly what you expect from a McDonald's breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed fast service and tasty food. If you're craving McDonald's on your way up north, this is the place to stop."

"BEST BURGER OF MY LIFE! We stopped here on the way home from up north after finding it on Yelp! We pulled up and were instantly nervous, place is dead. We open the door and are greeted by the owner. Joe tries to order the chicken, the owner recommends he try a burger since it's our first time. We both got burgers. They were so freaking good. Totally worth the journey off the beaten path!"

"When I reached the window, the manager had a different explanation. She claimed they were very busy and understaffed with only three people working, but I could see at least five staff members behind the counter. I couldn’t even see the front counter clearly due to the hustle and bustle. I told her that I would be contacting corporate about my experience, and she merely replied that it was fine because they would just have someone call me back, smiling as she said it. McDonald's really needs to ensure that their franchise locations adhere to corporate standards. I've visited two different McDonald's today and spent over $23, but my food has been consistently subpar and barely warm."

"Wow, I was pleasantly surprised by this small, unassuming restaurant. The food was amazing! We ordered nachos, a burger, mac and cheese, and a small pepperoni and cheese pizza. "This place is not just another up north bar and grill next to a lake. The menu is more like your high quality restaurant type. The dishes are all excellent from Pizza to Burgers thru Prime Rib and Seafood!. My favorites Turkey club and of course chicken wings. Service is outstanding, even when full capacity! Prices are very reasonable. They have lots of events throughout the year, live music etc etc. Best part it’s ORV AND SNOWMOBILE FRIENDLY !"

"The food was excellent . Service was good, they were very busy. But the waitresse was kinda rushing us. Told us the next reservation was waiting on our table, even though one person in our group was still eating . Other than that, everything was great. The owner came by multiple times to talk to us. They found a specific wine for my sister in law. And made suggestions on the food. All in all I give them 5 stars and will be back again. Thank you. Happy New Year"
