"We had gone out to do some grocery shopping. And when we were in the parking lot we could see that very close there was a restaurant that looked pretty good from the outside so we decided to go inside. P.J. Whelihan's is a place with a super nice atmosphere, good music. As a first impression we liked it. Our waitress was named Mara. She was very nice and helpful. I asked for a mojito but they didn't have all the ingredients. So she recommended another rum drink. it was super tasty. My husband ordered a local beer from the same restaurant. They offered him a test and he liked it very much. As for food, we ordered the wings of the month that had bourbon and cherry. They were incredibly rich, fresh, and the semi-sweet touch was perfect. We wanted to share everything. So we also ordered the buffalo chicken flatbread it was pretty good but the chicken a bit chewy. Then we ordered some chicken quesadilla. They weren't my favorites. but they were nice, maybe a little dry. And finally my husband convinced me to order the Blackened fish tacos. And without thinking it became the best option. The juicy tacos, the crispy fish. Excellent combination. I'm not into eating a lot of fish. And the idea of eating fish in a tacos did not convince me. But today I understand that you have to venture out to try new flavors. In summary, the journey was very good and the service was excellent. That's why I give them 5 stars. A place has to be a collection of everything. They have to improve a few small details in the food, but they are minimal. I would definitely go back to this place."
