"We stopped by PHOever for 2 bowls of pho on a Tuesday evening, I’m not sure if it is just because we come on an off day, but the pho broth tasted incredibly bland, it doesn’t taste like a bone broth which I believe it’s suppose to be), but just like flavor powder packets dissolved in water. I got the house special and bf got the brisket, the meat/tendon in both bowl are incredibly tough, really hard to chew and get down. It’s really a shame because our waitress is super friendly and the shop itself is very cute. But for the price, we feel like there are better pho out there :"
