"I was on Saturday night and only a girl worked. I could see that she was overwhelmed, and it wasn't fair to her that she had to take orders from people to go into, people who called and do the cinnamon balls. when I was halfway through my order (I ordered 4 cinnabuns), a call came in and she replied, took the personal order and came back to me. I felt that it was a bit rude and asked me if they had a hold button. when I finished my order, she went on to prepare what I thought was my order, but no. it was the order of the people who called when I gave my order. then she went out of the load and gave the people in the car the order. then she finished my order, but I wait there until then. I understand it's not her fault. she was underoccupied and worked. they need to hire more employees to help them. especially at the weekend! if you want to get an order as soon as possible, I would simply enter the order as it seems that this is a priority for them. eating was delicious and great. I'm coming back, but I learned what I have to do, instead of standing in for one."
