"I love everything about the place. The craft beers are excellent, the food is phenomenal, and our server, Stephanie, was amazing, and made us feel welcome. Greg, the owner, often came to our table and made sure we were happy. This is the best place to eat in the city, and I would highly recommend it. We are locals and have found our new favorite place to eat and have excellent beer. If you don't try this place, you will miss."

"I wanted to love this place when we stopped before the Grand Canyon. The decor is fabulous and I liked the small drinks and stickers for sale on the front of the store. However, the food options seemed very limited, the service was super slow, although we were the only people in the shop. And then my latte was not good and I threw it out later. I have no idea why some lattes are so good and others are terrible, maybe it's just the person they do. I could try this place again, but the first time was not great."

"The food service is amazing! The food itself is okay. There was this guy with dark longer hair and he was taking care of everything with ease. I first noticed in line. He was behind the register to in the kitchen, out and about helping guests, and then refilled tea and ice. Then he delivered the food to us. He grabbed napkins and silverware for us. Overall great! The food is the only lowered rating.Kid-friendliness: You can hold kid parties. Cool upstairs and next to the jaguars!Wheelchair accessibility: No ramp for upstairs"

"We sang here while visiting the Grand Canyon. It was close to our hotel and on a road with Route 66 and local artists gift shops. Locals say it's the best pizza place in town and I'm voting about the food. You order at the bar, take utensils and drink glasses and find a table. The server brings food and plates. We ordered the Arugula salad, pepperoni, mushrooms and margarita pizzas. The salad was very good and the mushrooms were all favorite! The only suggestion is that the servers provide the pizza with a little more care. Our waitress ran the pizza on the plates and napkins on the table. It was a little hard. I would recommend this place, but be careful that it is small and you might have to wait for tables when you come in winter. There are more outdoor seating on the top and on the side of the restaurant."

"Best customer service I've ever received! The bartender was the coolest guy ever. We had fired the wood pepperoni pizza, it was amazing. Every beer I tried was great. My favorite was the cake hole wheat tasted like a cherry vanilla cream soda and went too fast. Stop when you go to Williams. I know I'll visit next time."

"this the gem you need to look for. Huge portions. All Home Made. Michelle was our waitress in the evening for dinner. Get the onion rings. The bacon for the burgers is insanely delicious. We went again for breakfast and the chicken fried steak was the perfect crispy and delicious. Kaitlyn was our waitress in the morning and she was a super star."

"Totally exceeded all expectations. Enjoyed the filet with baked potato and wild rice. Everything was served hot and full of flavor. Full bar provided fair pours of bourbon. Desserts looked good but I was stuffed. One chef and one waiter on duty but everyone was patient and left happy. Would stay at the Best Western again just to partake from this restaurant."

"I had vegetarian Huaraches dinner plate and water. The chips and salsa they brought out were good and had plenty of flavor. I asked for the hot sala in addition to the regular sala. They brought out a nice red salsa, it wasn't stupid hot but it was slightly hotter than the stock salsa that they brought out with the chips. It had good flavor and I soaked my dinner in it. It was a perfect addition. The water was delicious as well. Our server was attentive and we were in and out quickly. I'm not much into ambiance, when I eat I'm on mission. Restaurant was clean"

"We went to lunch and had to wait 15 minutes. There is a gift shop inside and much to see in Winslow if you want to kill time. I bought a soft ice cream at $2.78 while I waited what was really nice. My sandwich was above the standard and the chips were great. What's great in this place, really, are dessert. I can see that they are proud of their cakes, the paper map opposite the windows are cake menu, we took a Hawaiian delight with peach slices above, it was simply the best. I guess you can't go wrong with anyone made there, try it. Definitely come back for cakes. What a delicious joy!"

"Our party came to dinner and the restaurant was full of people. They told us it was a 30-minute waiting time, but it turned out that it was just a few minutes and they had set us up. The server was so pleasant and funny and apparently worked two jobs. The food came very fast, a lot of it and delicious. We were all very satisfied. I went without my raincoat with my prescription sunglasses in the coat bag. I realized it after we drove home three and a half hours. I called the next day and they had my coat and my glasses. Pam, the manager said she would send it to me right away. Two days later. I couldn't recommend this place strong enough. It is definitely a favorite of locals in the area and I can see why. Great food, great service, wonderful staff"

"My family dined here on December 18th 2007. There was only one server and he had a poor, unprofessional attitude. The rolls were stale, the coffee was cold, and the soup was too salty. We ordered steaks and BBQ ribs. The ribs were dry, like they have been sitting under a heat lamp too long. My steak which was a top sirloin was chewy, and the potatoes were overcooked. For the $20 a plate cost; I expected way higher standards than this. When I complained to the cashier, the waiter started cussing and then stormed off. I have had better food and service from Denny's and I hate Denny's. Chef Ramsey, where are you? Any traveler who visits Williams Arizona is best advised to eat at the McDonald's or Jack in the Box in town then suffer at Rod's."

"This is a great restaurant. First, it has a very good vegetarian option, the black bean burgers. One of the very tasty black bean burgers I've ever had. The restaurant has a very good atmosphere and is located near the parking lot of the Gasthof we stayed. It is on the historic Route 66. The burger itself was very tasty and the French fries and onion rings were fresh and tasty. The only concern I had was that we were not offered a refill on my coke."

"The lady tried to tell me that they couldn't give me a sausage mcmuffin sub Canadian bacon . I tried to tell her that I've ordered that for years all over in differant states even and she said that she didn't even have a button option to make it like that I've gotten it that way to kno there is that option. But maybe she was new ,maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she hadn't found were that button was yet. She told me I had to order an egg mcmuffin and they could do no egg, now im all for wutever works , BUT 2 sausage mcmuffins are 2 for $5 and the egg mcmuffin is $5 each so I paid $5 more than I should of, also n this isn't their fault but still no carmel frappe ??? It's been weeks n no carmel only mocha. I hav a final question for mcdonalds Corp. Is the carmel drizzle sauce as precious as gold or something cause i always ask for extra extra extra carmel drizzle in my frappe and cup and no body seems to do it. If I ask them to put more in it when they go to hand it to me they tell me they hav put as much as they can in it. If I'm not wrong aren't they supposed to make things my way how I like n want them ??? Im only asking for ALOT of carmel . Anyways no real complaints about this mcdonalds, the lady was still very nice and pleasant with me, and had a smile. I appreciate her patience with me."

"Great experience with good service, good food, great weather for outdoor dining and live entertainment on the terrace. Our burgers were cooked over the most pleasant medium I found in a restaurant. Many other places just burn them up to do, regardless of how you wanted it. The frits or onion rings are served in these mini-freyer baskets, making a funny turn. I recommend the onion rings, they were with the Brisket Burger I had. If I could change one thing on this burger, I would give the Koleslaw a little more character by adding a little more mayonnaise and black pepper. There may be other/similar places in Williams to eat a good meal, but we saw this place first, and it was not disappointed. Bonus feature: the men bathroom partitions and stands were made from car doors and truck tailgates. Very funny surprise if you don't expect it. If they had a gear box sink, it would just hit the cake."
