"Very unacceptable experience this morning. I totally understand being short handed but there was no customer service whatsoever. No one said even a word to us our entire time there, probably about 45 minutes. We walked in and waited 10 minutes before anyone sat us, then waited and waited for anyone to even greet, let alone acknowledge us. No one ever did, not even to get our drink order or tell us someone would be with us shortly. The servers saw us, continued serving other tables, tried to completely avoid eye contact with us. Tables who got there after us were being served. We left very unhappy and likely won’t return for another visit. We don’t mind longer waits at an establishment (especially in todays world) but when there is no effort at all and we feel completely unseen, that’s unacceptable."
