"This was an overall horrible experience. We arrived at 6:54pm, and 4 of the people out of our group of 10 wanted to catch the last five minutes of the happy hour special. The bartender, although he saw and heard us mention that we 'd like to take advantage of the happy hour specials, made no effort to acknowledge us until after the 7pm cutoff. We were seated, amd proceeded to place our orders. We all ordered hamburgers, and they slowly came out. My wife and I were the last ones yet to be served, and our waiter finally told us that the order was never put in. He left, and eventually the manager came to the table. She made light of the situation, offering no more than tk bring our hamburgers while our fries were still cooking. Our water glasses were never refilled, and when our food finally came, it was extremely disappointing. The huns were hard (almost like day old bread), and the pattie had hardly any flavor at all. To cap our visit, we were given our check, and when the receipt came back, there were 2 different amounts one on the original bill, and a different amount on the credit card receipt. When I asked, I was told that the extra amount was a surcharge for using a credit card. This should have been told to us prior to giving us our bill. Overall, the experience was terrible. I would definitely avoid going to Blue Apache."
