"I will no longer visit this Starbucks. Every time I come there is an issue with employees not arriving to work and extended breaks. Today, I called to check and see if Starbucks was open. I drove straight to Starbucks and was there within 15 minutes. The station was filthy and the employee was missing. One of the Kroger staff members went to find her, and she walked right passed me stating that she was going on break, and would be back in 20 minutes. I explained to her that I called before coming and have an issue every time I come there and was hoping to get a coffee. The young lady stated well I'm the only employee and oh well. Plus, she had on regular clothes with a bad attitude. Needless to say, Starbucks I am very disappointed! The only reason I visited Starbucks on Whittaker Rd is that your Carpenter location experienced a power outage and I'm studying at the nearby library. Please fix this issue or just close it down because it's not a good look."
