"My family and I had really high hopes for this place since there was such great reviews. Big mistake. Staff are friendly, and from what I was able to taste, food is ok. We arrived and and it was somewhat busy but the wait for seating was about 5-10 minutes. We got our menus about 5 minutes AFTER being sat. Order was taken about 10-15 minutes after that. This place had a steady flow but wasn 't insanely busy, just bad time management and poor judgment on prioritizing, in my opinion. At this time, we 're trying to keep our three kids entertained as they grow increasingly impatient, as kids and toddlers do. About 5-10 more minutes after the order, another waitress noticed we didn 't have drinks still. Half our order came about 40 minutes after ordering. Part of the order was wrong but wasn 't worth getting corrected, it probably would 've taken another 30 minutes. The toddler was done at this point but my other kids got to eat. We were still waiting on two more plates when I got up and asked for to go boxes, we needed to check out of our hotel and as I said, the toddler was done. I expressed my disappointment in the amount of time we 'd been there, about an hour total at this point and just getting our food and still waiting for two orders, while we watched other tables that came in at the same time and after us had eaten, paid, and left. The waitress just said, Yeah, it 's been busy and that 's it. No care, concern, apology for how long we 'd been waiting, just smiled. It felt like a slap in the face. In total we were there for almost an hour and half and got our food in the last fifteen minutes. I hate to bring up race but I couldn 't help but to notice the lack of diversity in the the customers (maybe the area? I don 't know) and the only visibly biracial family got the crappy service, interesting. Maybe a coincidence but worth mentioning. My family was extremely disappointed in the service here. We won 't be back, not that they would care."
