"Been looking for a nice trailer park, to get away, called this place for rates, says it's memberships only, couldnt get fees, told I had to call a different number, I asked about the water, wifi, etc,. Apparently there's separate fees for anything else you need besides the spot,. Wifi is $75 for for one device, which you need a voucher, if the are collecting that much money from each device, one would assume a family with kids is going to be paying an absorbent amount of money for stay. My family of four would be an extra $300 for a month, I wasn't able to get any other fees, like water or electric, they couldn't give, have to call another number,. Something to check out before rent a spot. Ask many questions."
