Terrible service, food arrived barely hot as it was not cooked but microwaved. Schnitzel came burnt and no one said anything as we are supposed to it like that.Manager did not say anything about situation, and the only thing she said after listening my complain that it is not a great conversation to have right now and left ignoring my words, not saying sorry at all. Everything of course was included in a check with management completely ignoring us and not coming to our table. Terrible service, Would not recommend to visit again at any occasion"

"Kein System zur Zuweisung von Tischen, wenn viel los ist. Wir (5-köpfige Familie) kamen an und uns wurde gesagt, dass ein Tisch im Biergarten im Freien in etwa 10 Minuten fertig sein würde. Fast eine Stunde später warteten wir immer noch und hatten zugesehen, wie größere Tische an Paare vergeben wurden und kleinere Tische übrig blieben, die für unsere Gruppe nicht geeignet waren. Mehrmals wurde uns gesagt, dass ein Tisch für uns in ca. 5-10 Minuten fertig sein würde. Schließlich wurde uns ein Tisch in einem anderen Innenbereich angeboten, während einer nach uns eintreffenden Gruppe ein Tisch im Freien zugewiesen wurde, der zu uns gepasst hätte. Alles in allem eine chaotische und unangenehme Erfahrung. Würde es nicht empfehlen."

"once a year my former chief organizes a conclusion with his former direct reports. I could do it this year, so I traveled from frankly to olten. we met in a bar before we salm to restaurant for an amazing dinner. Although I was Swiss, I got used to the French prices, so I found it very expensive, but at the same time I think it is a price that is ok for a Swiss restaurant of such quality. In view of the quality of food, it was more than worth. I went for the set menu that included the starter, 2 main courses and one dessert for chf 87.00. the salad with speck and crumble was fantastic, the fish was moist, but at the same time, cooked to perfection. the Swiss prime filet was excellent and cooked as I wanted. in the Swiss they do not have to be ashamed if they want it good-done (in france they see them as if they would kill the cow again. such a fantastic dinner, with great friends, in a great restaurant with very friendly and efficient service."

"Had a great meal at Wirtshaus Galliker.Beautiful family run tavern with plenty of artefacts and memorabilia decorating the walls.Food was great. Had the beef broth to start, followed by the veal steaks with rösti - brilliant. My wife had the cordon bleu and was very happy with her meal.The place was packed so the service was a little slow...however our waitress gave my wife a complimentary glass of wine to apologise for the delay with our meals.All in all a very pleasant evening, and highly recommend for an authentic Swiss dining experience!"

"Essen war gut, würde aber eine Bewertung von nur 4 Punkten rechtfertigen. Insbesondere schmeckte das Salatdressing etwas künstlich. Ob die Soße beim Rahmschnitzel komplett frei von Zusatzstoffen war, kann ich nicht endgültig beurteilen. Dagegen wurde der Garpunkt beim Zwiebelrostbraten sehr gut getroffen. Auffallend ist, dass sich das Restaurant zunehmend als Traditionsgaststätte etabliert hat und sich vor allem durch den etwas älteren Look großer Beliebtheit erfreut so fühlt es sich an, als sei die Zeit dort etwas stehen geblieben. Die Bewertung von 5 Punkten rechtfertigt jedoch der sehr ausgefallene, eigenwillige Service des (Chef-)Kellners. Sein Spaß bei der Arbeit überträgt sich auf die Gäste und hinterlässt einen nachhaltigen Eindruck."

"In Schöneberg in Berlin befindet sich ein wunderschöner kleiner Park, der Viktoria-Luise-Platz. Er ist nach Prinzessin Viktoria Luise von Preußen benannt, der Tochter von Kaiser Wilhelm II. von Deutschland und Urenkelin von Königin Victoria. Rund um den Platz gibt es mindestens verschiedene Cafés/Restaurants. Potemkin ist eines von ihnen. Potemkin gibt es schon seit Jahren und ich war sowohl zum Frühstück als auch zum Abendessen dort, wenn ich in Berlin war. Die Speisekarte war interessant, mit einigen russischen Gerichten und verschiedenen Frühstücksangeboten. Leider wird Potemkin durch sein wenig fähiges und sehr unfreundliches Abendpersonal ruiniert. Ob dies an einem Besitzerwechsel oder einfach an Gier liegt, indem Personal mit begrenzten Fähigkeiten beschäftigt wird, bleibt unklar. Neben Potemkin befindet sich das New Montevideo. Als Alternative ist New Montevideo eine bessere Wahl, wenn man den Viktoria-Luise-Platz für eine Mahlzeit besucht."

"Staying in nearby Ringgenberg, we decided to walk out to dinner on our first night rather than take the train into Interlaken. An easy mile or so stroll to Goldswil very handy for walking off your meal on the way back! the Burgseeli restaurant takes its name from the small lake across the road. We were greeted warmly with an apparent considerable amount of interest from several of the staff, perhaps as we were British and most of the usual clientelle are locals. Anyway we were settled at a corner table and enjoyed a wonderful meal of soup, beef and pork cheek along with excellent local wine. In fact so good was the experience that we returned a few days later on our last night for another excellent meal. Thanks to all at the restaurant, we have already begun to consider returning to the area and will definitely revisit Burgseeli!"
