"I give three stars because this is partly our fault. the situation was detachable, but the personal declined. my friend is new to Freiburg. he ordered something to eat, but did not check the address correctly. the address he gave was wrong. I saw the mistake. I tried to change the address, but could not. I called the restaurant 3 times, but nobody answered. I ran into the restaurant and asked if it was still there, yes. I explained and apologized. I offered my card (the order was on my delivery.) I offered to wait on the delivery car. I asked her to offer a solution. the manager refused everything. I ran to the address of my friend accidentally gave and could get the food. that could have been solved very quickly with a little thought. the answer of the manager felt like talking to a robot without thinking."
