The chef creates dishes with unusual combinations of tastes and textures that go so well together it is likely you will have a culinary epiphany; you may be at a loss for words as you sit across your dining partner trying to describe what you just sensed. She is a very creative and daring chef; but dapper too with a fine aesthetic expression,. The aged beef entrecote was better than many Wagyus I have tasted. The staff are attentive, helpful, and very efficient. The ambiance was warm with a décor that is different and distinctive; not pompous but modern and elegant. Well with the visit and very deserving of a Michelin star."
