"We waited to receive our order and agreed to take some photos for their Insta account, because were so enthusiastic about this place! Two of us bought the dinner, and two of us were gathering the dinner over the too good to go app. However, there was a glitter in the app so we could not say the order ID immediately. Instead of explaining where we could find one, the staff of this wonderful place shredded the door in front of our nose and cried to us and said we should find out ourselves. Then we called the support office, so we found what the problem was and gave the ID. There was no other in the line, but the staff cried that we did not follow instructions on how to stand in the line. Unfortunately, there were no instructions provided on site or online. I just checked it when they attacked us. In the end, we got a good part of the bad talk: a man who works there has tried to go out and scream, to say that: You must follow the rules (again there were no rules that were written down somewhere) and if you cannot find the rules it is your problem. When we asked him why they did not print out or at least write up these mysterious rules, he called that it is not his job and that we are free to leave. We were shocked! If we told him that he shouldn't treat the customers like that, this guy shouted: No one needs you here, I worked here for 12 years, and I don't care about the customer's opinion, so go from here! That's not the end! We started going and this guy called, don't shoot! And this is 2 days after the terrorist attack in Vienna, where some of us were literally almost shot! How rude must a person say that? I never expect to be treated in a special way. I always take the side of the service, I always leave tips, I never scream back (as I used to work as waiter and know how hard it is). But I will never visit this place again, and I will make sure no one I know will ever go there. P.s. the food was good, and the chips they gave us were just a few crumbs of Nachos remnants. Terrible."
