"As ex-pats living in Vienna, it is natural to seek out the familiar foods of home, like pizza and pasta. Pizzeria Farouati is not the place. On our only visit, two of our party ordered pizzas and rated them as good. For me, the standard is the pasta aglio e olio (pasta with garlic and oil.) A good Italian restaurant should be able to prepare this dish expertly. Mine arrived swimming in oil and with bitter garlic. Tremendous disappointment. Though the restaurant came highly rated by a friend, we will not return."
