"The Front Desk Assistant Mark Tomic is amazing in more ways I can describe!!!!! Mark was able to find a solution for all my requests in an efficient and professional and timely manner. His great concern to help in the highest way was incredibly genuine and friendly. I always came to the reception and asked him how he exceeded my expectations that I could see in places and visit restaurants. There is no concierge service at the hotel, but it acted as one along with its personalization and front office functions. He's a real good for hospitality."
