"The moment we entered we felt so unwelcome. The waiter (blond lady) had zero smile and zero passion, you could see she doesn’t want to be there. Very sad as I thought it will be a good experience. Even new guests who entered got ignored so they turned around and left. The flammkuchen was ok but not wow as well. Baked potato was not baked at all, just a boiled potato without skin wrapped in Aluminium foil, salad dressing was way too sour as well. If you want to try flammkuchen there are better places in town where you can other great dishes as well. Suggest Wilma in the old town where service is very friendly. Biggest problem here was for sure the unfriendly service"
