"OK. Back in Berlin for the holiday weekend. Some German friends say to me, come with us, we have found a place that does a good English breakfast . An alarm bell rings in my head as the Germans, especially die frauen, are health nuts. Yoghurt and fruit as a base. The quinoa thing probably started here. So, we all go to Tomosa. What a very pleasant surprise. A good place with good service and the English breakfast was very, very good. No yoghurt, etc. Three eggs and what to me tasted like real Heinz baked beans. Totally unhealthy and very tasty. Loved it. However one tiny thing. The toast was served with blueberry jam! When the waitress was asked for orange marmalade, they did not have any but they did provide a very good strawberry jam to replace the blueberry. Overall, well worth a visit. I certainly will be eating there in the future."
