"The harbour house enjoys a slightly filled location between two channels directly south of the highway that crosses Oldenburg. The owners of Emden have invested heavily in their second harbor house restaurant. It is the complete glass front and modern decoration with untreated wooden beams makes it a... very pleasant place to visit. There are also many tables on the west terrace. The pumpkin cream as an appetizer was good, but nothing special. As a net I had Plaice, actually two Plaice Filets, with potatoes, spinach and champions, who were probably from a glass or tin. It was a huge part, but too salty and the plague was fried in cheap oils that my palate and digestive tract for the rest of the day... The harbour house restaurants and services seemed immaculately clean and the staff in the semi-open kitchen appeared professional. Two courses with soft drinks came to 24 euros per head. In Oldenburg you can get better food options in this type of budget. Note: The Harbor Restaurant serves caffè latte with UHT milk, a sin for which I always take a star in the review."
