"We phoned ahead asking if they were still open as it was a bit over half an hour to their closing time. We then had to make a detour and arrived there within 25 mins of closing time and they had waited for us. Very nice couple who probably owns the stall. We had a sushi platter, maguro (tuna) sashimi and two beers. We got a miso soup to start with which was very tasty, and the sushi and the sashimi were very nice, I loved the tuna. As we had obviously arrived late they had no confirmation of we would come hence the fact that the tuna was still a bit frozen was not an issue for us here but would be normally. The two very lovely and we chatted about their country. We would recommend it but probably more during the day/for lunch, when there is more time to prep on their end. All in all a pleasant experience."
